FROM THE CONTROL ROOM TO THE CAGE
Our production philosophy comes from actually producing combat-sports television—not simply advising others how to do it. As UFC Director of Spanish Productions, Jorge Elias produced hundreds of hours of Spanish-language programming.

THE LANGUAGE OF MMA
When MMA was being introduced to Spanish-speaking audiences, much of its specialized terminology had no standardized television vocabulary.
Elias developed Spanish MMA glossaries and terminology covering striking, wrestling, grappling, submissions and other aspects of the sport, helping make MMA understandable across different Spanish-speaking markets.
THE VOICES MATTER
We also understand how important the right broadcast team is. Elias identified, developed and trained Spanish-language play-by-play announcers and color commentators for UFC, World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) and individual Spanish-language programs.
“THE OBJECTIVE IS NOT TO TRANSLATE THE ENGLISH BROADCAST.
THE OBJECTIVE IS TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE HISPANIC AUDIENCE.“
